A Slaughters Manor House Wedding near Cheltenham
This morning on the blog, Becca & Ryan’s al fresco Slaughters Manor House Wedding Photography. New Yorkers, Becca & Ryan, flew in their friends and family for a fabulous outdoor affair.
Situated right in the middle of the Cotswolds, Slaughters Manor House is only a few miles from Cheltenham. I’ve also just noticed that it’s very close to one of my fave wedding venues, Sudeley Castle. I love London though I absolutely adore the Cotswolds! Depending on traffic, it’s only an hour or two from London. Yet, this corner of the UK feels as if you’re a thousand miles from city mayhem and motorways.
Surrounded by fields and cattle, Gloucestershire is an incredible place to tie the knot. It is of course also an Area of Outstanding Beauty. No wonder that willing brides and grooms are coming in their droves to venues like Slaughters Manor House!!
Becca & Ryan’s black tie wedding ceremony in the beautiful grounds of the venue. The weather was uncharacteristically warm and even sunny. ? Everyone was pretty chuffed to get their sunglasses out and bask in the warm sunshine.
Later on, the three of us headed into the nearby fields to capture some incredible portraits as the light began fade.
All in all, an absolutely fab day! It was one of those wedding days which nobody wanted to end.
One last note before I go….what about those flowers?!?! I loved them especially the pastel colours and the use of ribbons. And those button holes for the bridegroom and groomsmen? Just soooo pretty. I must remember to upload a few photos to Pinterest!!
