WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY NON-DISCLOSURE

AGREEMENTS and your CONFIDENTIALITY

Wedding Photography Non-Disclosure.

Client confidentiality is something which I take very seriously indeed.

When I created this boutique business in 2009, implicit trust was always at the very heart of my business.

Photographing some of the most powerful people on the planet has meant that trust has been, and continues to be, one of the cornerstones of my brand.

Whether I am dealing with HNW individuals and their families, or indeed anyone in the public eye who wish to remain private, maintaining and protecting their privacy is of paramount importance.

So what exactly is a Non-Disclosure Agreement?

In the case of wedding photography, a (C.A.) Confidentiality Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement {N.D.A.} is a legal agreement agreed between two parties.

It is created in order to best protect the interests of the couple, their family and indeed their guests from the outside world.

To that end, NDA's are useful for clients who may have a public identity.

They are also useful for individuals who have a profession or a status which requires absolute anonymity.

Should you wish to keep your wedding photographs private and put a non-disclosure agreement in place, please let us know.

We will be more than happy to supply one to protect you and your loved ones or if you would prefer your legal counsel to write one, that works too.

But there is no doubt, Wedding Photography Non-Disclosure is the best way to ensure privacy for all concerned.
