Wedding photography non-disclosure. What is a Non-Disclosure Agreement? In the case of wedding photography, a (C.A.) Confidentiality Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement {N.D.A.} is a legal agreement agreed between parties, set up to protect the interests of the couple from the outside world. Client confidentiality is something which I take very seriously indeed and when I created this boutique business in 2009, implicit trust was always at the very heart of my business.

Photographing some of the most powerful people on the planet has meant that trust has been and continues to be one of the major cornerstones of my brand. To that end, NDA's are useful for clients who may be in the public eye or have a profession or a status which requires absolute anonymity. Should you wish to keep your wedding photographs private and have a non-disclosure agreement in place, please let us know and we will be more than happy to supply one or indeed sign your agreement.
