Wedding Photography By Location
Although Jay Rowden Wedding Photography is based in Wandsworth, London I am very lucky to be invited to shoot gorgeous weddings across the UK as well as being asked to be a destination wedding photographer in continental Europe. I have created this page to help give you a quick overview of some of my wedding photos which have been shot at an abundance of far flung wedding venues. It is very rare for me to photograph at the same location twice, and so the list of locations will inevitably grow as I continue to shoot weddings in 2012, 2013 and beyond. As a nation, we have a lot to be grateful for, especially when it comes to a rich heritage and a varied history which over the centuries has given rise to the most extraordinary architecture and breathtaking venues that defy description. Whether it’s an Elizabeth manor house, a stately home, an ancient castle or a magnificent modern masterpiece, I have been very lucky to have seen a wealth of different weddings in a huge variety of settings, both rural and metropolitan. Couples these days are not just getting married – they are creating modern day fairy tales and the locations of their weddings indeed help to add to the drama of the day. It probably won’t surprise you to learn that many of the venues listed have been used in scenes for TV dramas, documentary films, commercials as well as big budget Hollywood blockbusters and it is not hard to see the attraction. Which is why couples invest in professional, high end wedding photography to ensure that the memories captured on the day are forever memories, to be shared, relived and in time, passed onto the next generation. The stunning array of world class quality wedding coffee table books and leather albums are family heirlooms to be cherished for generations and to be enjoyed for time immemorial.
