There are thousands, perhaps even tens of thousands of extraordinary wedding venues in the UK, though there are not many venues that can cater to the larger Indian, Nigerian, Jewish wedding or Bar Mitzvah. These days it is not unusual to want to invite 300, 400, 500 or even 1000 guests to your wedding so the big question where do you hold a wedding for such a number of people? In no particular order, here is my exhaustive list of large wedding venues for the extended guest list:

Up to 700 seated guests.

Stanbrook Abbey Weddings. An incredible venue set in stunning grounds in the heart of Worcestershire, Stanbrook Abbey can comfortably cater for 300 guests. Syon Park Weddings. With capacity for 600 guests, this breathtaking venue set in the grounds of Syon House, Syon Park is a great option for anyone wishing to get married in London. And yet it feels more like being in the countryside than London due to its wonderful grounds.
